Hereford Prime Porterhouse Steak
Affectionately referred to as the “king of the steakhouse!” This particular portion of steak is cut from the lower rib section of the beast which lies close to the rear end, or loin.
All our beef cuts are 30-day aged Hereford Prime.
Portion cut into approx 180-200 gm steaks. Approx 5 steaks p/kilo
